WHEN DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?

All orders are lovingly packaged and sent to your address via USPS. I ship packages every Monday and Friday/Saturday.

DO ORDERS COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, most first class, domestic orders do include a tracking number. Please let me know if you would like shipment upgrades such as expedited shipping, signature confirmation, and/or insurance on your order (for an additional fee) first before placing your order. If there are any special requests that you want done to the products, please message me first before placing the order to see if it's possible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

I ship orders every Monday and Friday/Saturday. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been issued a shipping label and will be dropped off at the post office later that afternoon or the next day. Depending on your location, and if the USPS is working normally, domestic orders can take between 1-6 business days for your order to arrive. If you need it urgently, please message me first so that I can advise you as to which shipping option to choose. Expedited shipping will cost more. 

There are many factors that can delay shipping, from me receiving an overwhelming amount of orders all at once to busy mail seasons (voting season or Christmas time). Please be patient! Everyone, from me to the USPS, is working hard to get your order to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I ship with USPS International First Class mail which does not come with delivery confirmation. Shipping time is between 4-10 weeks, depending on the country. Any duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International packages do not have tracking or insurance. If you would like it, please message me first so we can make the proper arrangements.


I do not refund lost or stolen packages. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. 

HELP! WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Before you email me about the whereabouts of your order, have you:

1. Received a shipping notification? If you haven't, your order hasn't shipped yet. If you have, your tracking number is accessible through that email.

2. Asked your local postal worker or post office? Sometimes USPS scans packages before they deliver them. They'll know better about your package than I will. And you know your post office and the postal workers there better than I.

3. Asked your neighbor, roommate, or partner? Sometimes they've received it without telling you or by mistake. Please make sure you've asked them.

4. Checked the shipping address? Sometimes customers put the wrong address and though it's not ideal, it's OK. Email me and we'll work it out.

Please consider these things first before sending me an email inquiring about your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. However, if something goes awry in transit, I'd be more than happy to try to work an exchange or repair.
